Yet again it has been over a year since my last journal entry. I haven't forgotten about the site- I've just been preoccupied.
I intend for this to be brief.
-I have been sober since March 8th, 2006. I have been "clean" since March 11th, 2006. I am still very active
in my twelve step program.
-I have been in a serious relationship for the past year and a half with Frank. He has been a godsend.
-I am in the works of creating a new area for this site called "Spirits." This will delve into everything that
could possibly get crammed into the category of "spirits," like alcohol, religion, spirituality, meditation, aliens,
chakras, reiki, etc...
-I still wish for this site to be a source of hope for those who can identify with myself in any form or fashion.
-I got a new job a few months ago at the local newspaper working in advertising as an assistant. I just sit at a computer
while I am at work, so of course, I am comfortable. It is part-time which isn't so great for paying off my debt, but wonderful
in the freedom I have. I love my job.
-I am not in school at the moment, and I don't think I will be next semester either. I do still plan to return and eventually
get some kind of degree.
-My best friend is getting married in March!!! I am a bridesmaid. I am excited for her :-)
